I’ve been hurt on the ice more times than I can count. After all, my legendary father put skates on my feet as soon as I could walk. But the one blow I’ve never recovered from was the one dealt by the boy who was right next to me when I first felt the ice under me.

While it’s technically a standalone, it would be best enjoyed by reading the series in order.
